Twi-Hards are going crazy today as pictures surface of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson kissing in Montreal. Fans of the Twilight Saga have been speculating for years that the love between Bella and Edward extended off the silver screen. Last week reports began surfacing that the Pattinson had come up to Montreal to visit Stewart on the set of her new film On The Road. Rumors circulated that the pair had been spotted "dining as a couple" at various restaurants around town including Le Club Peche et Chasse on St-Claude. On Thursday these pictures were revealed of the pair supposedly cuddling on set. Many blogs insisted that Pattison was leaning in for a kiss, yet no picture of a kiss released. Today, Twi-Hards were finally granted proof of the pairs' relationship in the form of this grainy picture of two people who could be the young actors kissing in the street obtained by Celebuzz.com. The picture was taken on St-Laurent Blvd on Sunday night.
While Twi-Hards wished for confirmation of the relationship, the pair have remained mum about their love lives. When asked directly if they are a couple, Stewart and Pattinson usually make jokes and avoid giving a straight answer. This picture of the couple kissing in Montreal is the first photographic evidence that the pair may actually be a couple.
So while twelve year old girls and 40-something soccer moms spend their time searching for Bella and Edward; real stars (and real men) go unnoticed in our lovely city. Starring with Stewart in On The Road is actor Viggo Mortensen. Mortensen is a huge fan of Montreal and our beloved hockey team and frequents the city quite often. There has yet to be any spotting of Viggo around town.
