House of Night Movies?

Have seen alot of goss online about the House of Night books being made into a series of movies.
Nothing really confirming it BUT on IMDB there a film page with this title:

and when u have it on the google page you can see this part of the description:

So looks likes it's in the works!

What do you guys think?

I'm only halfway through the first so not sure what happens later on if they will need CGI or not whch would mean they would need a huge budget to make them good.
If they're made cheaply I think it will wreck the books, but I don't think that would happen with the books being so successful.
Aslong as they do them right they will be aweeesome films!(well from what I've read so far anyway :-P)

I think if it's done well, then this will be a fab idea! Aslong as they're doing it for the books, and not just to get on the Twilight bandwagon, therefore done properly!

I feel sorry for all the movies in ciemas at the same time as New Moon, so much less people come to see them!

I hope they don't choose any well known actors for these films. I think that can spoil it sometimes. No Zac Efrons(eww) etc lol.

i hope not either. are they doing the films separately? i think they should do like 2 or 3 books a film, they'll never wanna make 12 films of the books! and no point only doing one or two

I would like there to be 1 film per book but yeh it highly unlikely they would do 12 movies..
Especially as by the 12th the actors will look ALOT older than the first one lol.
So yeh 2 or 3 books per film would make me happy if it means they do them all :-). I wouldn't want it to be unfinshed..

Also I really hope they stick closely to the books and not water them down to make them a 12A or something.. Really they should be an 18 will the goriness(sp?), sex bits and scariness(gets quite creepy in untamed)... lol. If not then 15.. xxx

Yeah I agree, I was reading about Breaking Dawn and that will be a 12A or whatever, so all the sex bits won't really be in it, which is SO GAY! Because it's a huge part of the book that they FINALLY get together.

If they do do two or three books per film they may decide that there is too much action and cut some out, that would be awful! I think that in Breaking Dawn they will include the sex scenes but they'll have them under sheets and blank out bits of it. So unfair. Would that make it PG or M though? I think it's classified as minor sexual references so PG?

I put about it in the news section with an interview with Peter/Carisle saying that they won't be showing anything because they don't want to lose the fans they already have from the films.

which is just totally wrong!

I thought it was silly that blocked it out in the book too.. I mean I don't mean we need explicit details but like what was going through her mind and stuff... Would have been more interesting lol.
