| No the books get better as you go along and they are so much better than the TV programme - well, they are just very different I guess, I don'treally class them as the same stories! But I do prefer the books  I hate it when a steries you love ends  Like Big Brother! Eeek!  | |

| I agree regarding the books, I suppose the series gives more character interaction, and i prefered Godric in the TV series, but again, there are characters that I dont like and want to actually fast forward on, okay just Tara, but seriously am I alone in egging (haha just re-read this and no pun intended) her on to die?  | |

| no i hate her in the tv programme! just want her to get killed all the time! haha shes annoying and cannot stand her voice! shes ok in the books though, although since watching true blood, i imagine her as the tv version when i didn't before so she doesn't annoy me a little now!  | |

| I am only on the second book but she and Eggs had a 5 minute intro, and wow, what different characters they are!!
I hate it when you have an idea of a character in your mind from reading about them, and then you watch the TV program and it is just ruined! Never good!!
So glad I am not the only one who cant stand her though! xx | |

| Lol I hate Bill aswell. Only read the first book so not sure what happens later one but I hope she gets rid for good!
Watched up to half way of series 3.
Really hope at the mo that she ends up getting with Alcide(sp? :-S)
Bill -Ugly, Gross, Dull as hell.
Eric -Seems kinda evil.. Not very good looking (although definately an inprovement on BIll lol).
Alcide -Finally someone decent looking! XD

| When Alcide came in I was so happy, and although I do like Eric, Alcide is a manly type of hotness. Sam in the 3rd season really starts to bug me, and by all things I cherise, would they just kill off Tara already!! Jeez the girl just has the most annoying voice!! When I see Jason, I just imagine him in Home and Away.  | |
