When Jay Leno takes the Tonight Show back from Conan O’Brien beginning in March he will have quite the line up of guests.
The late-night franchise has taken a huge ratings hit and NBC is doing what they can to put a boost back into the show’s viewership.
In the first 2 weeks of the Leno version of the show, guests including Kristen Stewart, Sarah Palin, Simon Cowell and Lindsey Vonn will take to the Tonight Show stage.
Musical acts to perform on the show include Avril Lavigne, Brad Paisley, and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.
Ratings were continuously declining after NBC eased Leno out of his time slot, giving the reigns to O’Brien.
Viewership increased for a short time but once the O’Brien debut was over, they began a steady descent.
NBC is banking on Leno to bring back the fire to the Tonight show, and are arming him with all the necessary bullets to make this happen.
