The Harry Potter boys have carved successful careers away from the shadows of Hogwarts, but out of their school uniforms, the lads have been discussing the perils of undertaking more grown-up roles.
Although Daniel Radcliffe was happy to get his kit off and simulate a sex act in west end play Equus, Rupert Grint and Robert Pattinson are less comfortable with the more intimate moments of their work.
Grint appears alongside Kimberley Nixon in new film Cherrybomb and the star, famous for playing Ron Weasley, spoke to The Sun about the awkward experience of filming his first sex scene.
He said: "I had my first sex scene and it was a traumatic experience, but Kimberley found it a lot more embarrassing. I think it's easier for boys.
"It was her first too so we were in the same situation. It's just such a weird thing anyway being in a room of 12 men."
Robert Pattinson previously told The Sunday Times that he too found sex scenes embarrassing.
Speaking about his latest film, Remember Me, he said: "When you end up doing it, you have this little patch on your privates. I didn't really tape it up properly, so I'd spent so long taping it round myself and then literally it falls off within one second and it's taped to the sheet. And you realise the whole crew are looking directly at your butt crack."
R-Pattz added: "I can't think of anything exciting for them about this. It gives you a lot of respect for porn stars."
Oh boys, it must be a hard life being paid big bucks to get up close and personal with some of the most beautiful woman in the world...
