Summit Entertainment, who produced the TWILIGHT films, and kicked up the careers of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner, now own the rights to "Men are From Mars, Women are From Venus," the popular book written by John Gray in the 90s.
Will Summit be able to persuade some of the TWILIGHT stars into appearing in the film. Will British hottie Robert Pattinson and rumored girlfriend Kristen Stewart get together on screen again by playing . . . well, what exactly? MEN and WOMEN, I guess.
Similiar to the filming of HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU, Perez Hilton thinks that it will be made into a big-cast film, with different vignettes which illuminate Gray's theses about how men and women deal with the conflict between their two natures. No news has been released on who they producers have in mind to direct the film or when it might be released. Maybe it could just enlist all Twilight fans stars so that Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene, or Kellan Lutz could get some good screen time and something fun to do.
Do you think this type of psychological tome can really be made into a fun film, no matter who they put in it? HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU ended up with an all-star cast including Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connolly, Scarlett Johanssen, among others. Would it be like VALENTINE'S DAY? How could they do it??
