Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are among Time Magazine's list of "People Who Mattered" in 2009.
Of course, that might have something to do with the fact that they are two of the headlining stars of one of 2009's biggest and most widely popular films, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, but here's what Time had to say about the two:
They're also not generically beautiful. God knows they're hot enough, but they look interesting too. Intelligent. Slightly askew. You don't just want to look at them or sleep with them; you want to talk to them.
Time is right. There is something more drawing about Pattinson and Stewart (and many of their Twilight co-stars) than just their looks or the fact that they're portraying some of the most dearly beloved literary characters in modern popular culture.
