To celebrate Bella Swan's birthday, film producers have re-released Twilight Saga : Eclipse. The ficitonal Bella, who is the love interest of both Jacob the werewolf and Edward the vampire in the Twilight movies, turned 22 on September 13.
The re-release of Twilight Saga : Eclipse happened on Friday, September 10. Some people are wondering why producers need to mark the oocasion in such a public way. Is it just another way to make money through the movie?
Obviously, there would be no Twilight without Bella Swan. She's the star. The one the boys fight over and the one who ties the whole movie together. She's an iconic character, played brilliantly by Kristen Stewart. So, re-releasing the movie is a smart move since Bella is such a sought after character. All Twilight fans want to celebrate her birthday and what better way to do so then to go to the movies and see Eclipse on the big screen again?
Bella doesn't really like Birthdays. She doesn't want to be older than her love interest, Edward, who is eternally 17. But what can she do? She's a mortal, therefore she'll age.
For those of you who can't wait to own Twilight Saga : Eclipse on DVD, you'll only have to wait until December 4th. In the meantime, have yourself a cupcake or two on Bella's behalf.
