Robert Pattinson looking for a 'quiet English Life' with Kristen Stewart

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart want to escape the pressures of the American spotlight with a move to the UK, reports suggest.

The rumoured couple enjoyed a quiet New Year in the small town of Ventnor on the Isle of Wight.

And smouldering R-Patz enjoyed it so much it's been revealed he is now keen for them to move over here more permanently.

It seems the world-famous pair are looking to escape the spotlight stateside, and enjoyed remaining mostly anonymous during their New Year's break.

In fact our attention was only brought to their high profile holiday after a local fan spotted the celebrity pair wandering around the rainy town.

‘Rob is a reluctant star,' an insider said.

‘He just wants a quiet English life, which is why he brought Kristen over for New Year.'

The newspaper reported that “after a romantic New Year’s Eve on the island, they intend to buy a home there'.

But sources have confirmed that the pair will definitely not be moving to the island.

The New Moon co-stars have been romantically linked for some time now, but have not officially confirmed that they are in a relationship.
