It appears that Twilight costars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are slowly but surely coming out as a couple! Despite being notoriously private about their relationship, the two have been spotted more and more on outings, most recently in Budapest, where Pattinson has been filming Bel Ami.
Rumors persist that Pattinson and Stewart have been warned by Summit Studios, which is responsible for bringing The Twilight Saga to life in theaters, to keep things discreet. After all, Summit has much as stake:If the couple has a nasty break-up it could translate to lackluster chemistry onscreen when the two are in character as Edward and Bella. Another worry? That Pattinson's female fans might not appreciate a real romance between the costars and that they would show this by not turning up at theaters for the upcoming release of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Of course, there is no proof -only speculation by the likes of Ted Casablanca- that a situation of extreme caution about Pattinson and Stewart exists within Summit.
In any case, it doesn't seem to matter to the two lovebirds. Though initially quite coy about their feelings in interviews, actions do speak louder than words. Since filming Eclipse last year, the two have been spotted having quiet dinners, attending concerts, and attending premieres and parties in support of one another. This latest visit to Hungary on Stewart's part certainly confirms that their relationship is going strong.
If Summit is worried, the studio likely has no need to do so. Fans of The Twilight Saga, and Pattinson and Stewart in particular, aren't vengeful! It's a safe bet that fans also realize that Pattinson and Stewart deserve to date whomever they want to date - and seeing them offscreen keeps the magic of the reel life Edward and Bella going on long after the final credits roll!
