Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's Twilight Saga dominates Scream Awards. The very popular vampire series “Twilight” once again won a host of awards at the Spike TV Scream Awards held on October 16. "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" won the Best Fantasy Movie and The Ultimate Scream Awards.
While the lead cast like Kristen Stewart won the Best Fantasy Actress award and her alleged boyfriend and actor Robert Pattinson won the Best Fantasy Actor award and The Ultimate Scream and Breakout Male Performance was awarded to Xavier Samuel.
Apart from Twilight, other big winners included "Avatar" that fetched awards for Best F/X, Best Director and 3D Top Three. Alexander Skarsgard won the Best Horror Actor for his performance as Eric Northman in TV series 'True Blood'. Mickey Rourke won Best Villain for his role as Russian bad-guy Ivan Vanko in 'Iron Man 2’.
The event held at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles had a list of well known celebrities making an appearance. 'Green Lantern' won the Most Anticipated Movie award while 'Zombieland' won the Best Horror Movie Award.
The Scream Awards also honored "Back to the Future" by inviting the actors Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd together on the stage.
Moreover, there was some sneak reviews of some forthcoming movies like "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I", "Paranormal Activity 2", "The Rite" as well as "Scream 4".
