Even the big boys don’t hesitate before lying. Just a couple of days ago, The Sun reported that the Twilight famed Robert Pattinson is going to act as Nirvana front man and guitarist Kurt Cobain in his alleged biography. Even they stated that he is in constant touch with Cobain’s widow wife Courtney Love, who is going to be the life source of this movie, and she has selected our handsome vampire for his role. But it has turned out to be a complete hoax.
Courtney Love’s manager Jonathan Daniel has come out and revealed that not a single bit of this news is true. He said that Courtney doesn’t even know who R Patz is! In fact he said that the name of the movie mentioned by the esteemed daily was also not correct. The Sun reported that the name of the movie is “All Apologies”, but he said it’s “Heavier Than Heaven”.
“That’s an amazing story, and the first I’ve heard of any of this, They manage to fit pretty much everyone in Hollywood into an article without one fact check and include a ‘My First Photoshop’ job as a ‘mock up’ to boot!”
When he was asked whether Pattinson is in contact with Love, he replied, “I’m not sure she [Love] knows who R Patz is, but he sure is cute.”
But he did say, that The sun is not totally wrong about Scarlett Johansson. The Sun reported that Love’s character will be portrayed by Scarlett Johansson. Daniel said that there is no such deal as of now, but Love would be glad to see her life portrayed on screen by Scarlett Johansson because she is very fond of her.
“Courtney likes Scarlett Johansson as an actress and as a person, so it wouldn’t surprise me if she wanted her to play her,” he said.
So, for R Patz, no growing moustache, and hairs, and rocking the world with his guitar skills, as Cobain and Nirvana did. We should look forward to his “The Twilight Saga’s Eclipse”, and Bel Ami”, for the time being.
