The brunet beauty of the Twilight Saga- Kristen Stewart is said not to be the maiden choice for the role of the character of Bella Swan- the lead female role in the Twilight series! Courtney Love’s daughter- Frances Bean was the first choice for the said role- reported OK!
When Frances was approached with the offer, she turned it down. Citing reasons that she did not want to become famous in spite of possessing all what it takes to call her a beauty charm! She was rather more delving into the bookish graphical novels and pursuing further studies on a serious note. According to Courtney Love, Tim Burton even wanted her for Alice in Wonderland!
In previous interviews, Catherine Hardwicke, who cast Kristen and directed the first movie always said she had Kristen in mind after seeing her in Into The Wild.
However… can we ever imagine anyone else to be Bella Swan other than our very hot and sizzling Kristen Stewart? Just ponder over the matter- how would have been Twilight without Kristen? Ought we to listen to rumors and news and on/off screen romance between Robert Pattinson and Frances Bean? What would have been the alternative name for the ‘Robsten’ bond?… ’Robces’? or ‘Robbean’? how famous and popular would had it been then? How would anyone else excel in the role of the Bella Swan? Would she be able to take Twilight to the height of success and soaring fan-fare like it is with Kristen Stewart?
